Hello Beautiful People ! ! ,
If anyone has noticed, sorry for not writing in awhile ! I've already started school that's why! So, am just here on a Saturday night writhing this tip ! :D
I decided to make a tip for the first time thats a little bit about me :) or my "personal preference, and or opinion". :)
This is my top Favorited skin care "regimen" that helped completely transform my skin! ( I used to have really bad acne) I don't use everything anymore since my skin has changed an I've added one that fit my new skin at best. You'll see what I mean ! :)
Let's get started !
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
About my skin :
I used to have Acne prone and very VERY terrible oily skin ! ! And my skin is very sensitive as well !
Now, though, my skin is not really oily anymore; its more on the dry, normal - ish, skin type with few oily occasions .... mostly if I don't wash my face or something when I stay home. haha. And no, I don't have dry peeling skin all over my face ! What I mean it my skin just tends to feel once and awhile slightly "tight" feeling around the mouth and eyes, so, nothing obvious, it's just I can feel it. I blame the occasional dryness around my mouth on proactive ! That was way to harsh on (what I didn't know I had at the time) my sensitive skin ! It even left a huge dark mark around my mouth but, Thank God ! it has faded dramatically and now you don't even notice it ! STAY AWAY FROM PROACTIVE ! ! ! Anyways..... So, I don't know how to really categorize my skin, but, I think you understand how my skin was and is. :)
My Favorites ! :
1 ) Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser for normal to oily skin : This is my very favorite facial wash that I still use to this day ! :D It does what facial washed are suppose to do, just simply cleanse your face ! Their are a BUNCH of facial washes that have ingredients you can find in spot treatments, and apparently they promise to help reduce acne. This is why I have a problem with those facial cleansers : 1 ) when you think about it how much of the medication will really stay on your face after rinsing with water 2 ) Some will stay but, won't have a major impact most likely. 3 ) Your face does need a break once and awhile from the strong spot treatments people and constantly put on; your face can actually break out form irritation no matter how much medication you slather on ! ----------------- Anyways, this is one product that helped reduce my acne & didn't irritate ! Cleanses well, and I would recommend this to anyone ! :)
2 ) St. Ives Apricot Facial Scrub : This is yet another product that I still use to this day and have used for awhile ! This is the main product that actually keeps oily away. It of course helps with acne as well and exfoliation beads are very nice (nothing harsh or no small beads that barely do anything for you). I know most people say you only exfoliate a few times a week but, I exfoliate almost everyday and night *gasp*, sometimes not the weekends though, but, I always for surely do so, before doing my makeup (its just what works for me). The only time I don't exfoliate is when I just got a was then, I for surely wont that night. ( Yes you heard right I get facial waxes; Nufree is the best if you want your hair growth, length, & thickness to reduce dramatically) Anyways, this scrub gets you baby soft smooth skin as well !
3 ) Lubriderm Daily Moisture (fragrance free or sensitive one) : This one I just added to my skin care routine, they have different types but, this is the best body moisturizer (yes, I use this on my face) I have come across in awhile ! It is another brand (like cetaphil) is really good for sensitive skin. I don't wear it completely under my makeup since I don't need it all over my face, but, I do put a tiny bit on the dry areas around my mouth and eyes so, it won't crease or feel tight. If you use this on your hands every time you wash them they will become very soft ! :D (I carry a travel sized one in my school bag ! :P )
4 ) Oxy Clinical Stop Treatment : This is the very best spot treatment I have tried ! This is stronger though since it contains benzyl peroxide. So, do not over do it ! follow directions, & Once and awhile skip a day of two not using it so, you can give your face a break. Then, you can start again for a few more days then stop, if you use it right and for awhile your skin will change fast ! And keep up with it until you feel your don't need it anymore ! I have an unopened bottle just in case but, I haven't used it in a long time ! Because a few pimples isn't a big deal compared how I used to be. I would really recommend this !
5 ) Cetaphil Moisturizing cream : I used this more when I used my spot treatment regularly. This would be a big help to apply to my skin at night time to just moisturize my skin to make sure it isn't dry for the next day :D. I don't use it as much anymore but, it is a great night cream ! Not to wear under makeup unless you were to maybe get the tiniest amount and apply it to wet skin then it could work ! :D
Okay, those are my top skin care favorites ! I hope you got something out of this article and I honestly do recommend all these products ! :)
Have Fun ! !
MAY GOD BLESS YOU ! ! ! !
